Area residents graduate from Georgia Southwestern State University

AMERICUS, GA (01/07/2020)– The following area residents were among approximately 436 students who graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University during the Fall 2019 Commencement Ceremony held on Friday, December 13 in Convocation Hall of the Student Success Center.

Patricia Sears of Monroe, Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting

Pascal Seier of Monroe, Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting cum laude

Miranda Fusia of Monroe, Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting

Heather Belflower of Loganville, specialist degree in early childhood education

Eric Evans of Monroe, specialist degree in early childhood education

Samantha Loughran of Monroe, specialist degree in early childhood education

The commencement speaker for the undergraduate ceremony was Georgia State Senator Freddie Powell Sims. GSW’s Dean of the College of Business and Computing Dr. Liz Wilson served as commencement speaker for the graduate ceremony.
