The Dollar General on Highway 78 in Loganville was robbed at gunpoint on Wednesday night.
Robbie Schwartz, spokesperson with the City of Loganville, said officers with the Loganville Police Department responded to an armed robbery call at Dollar General at about 10 p.m. on May 9, 2018.
“The suspect was identified as a black male wearing black clothing and a mask who reportedly brandished a handgun during the incident,” Schwartz said in a press release. “The LPD received assistance from a K-9 unit from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office but were unable to track down the suspect.”
Schwartz said this remains an active investigation. No other information available at this time.
