Bikes, Trikes, & Magical Lights Parade on Tuesday, Nov. 24

If your holiday spirit needs a little boost this year, the 3rd annual walk through the Christmas lights display in Childers Park in Monroe next week should do it.

The parade will start at 6 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 24, in the parking lot behind the Monroe Library. This event is open to kids of all ages and there is no charge to enter. This year’s lights feature the Twelve Days of Christmas! Kid’s are encouraged to decorate their favorite bike, stroller, wagon or any other favorite set of wheels to parade through the Christmas lights.  Decorated golf carts are even welcome for the big kids!  The parade will have a staggered start beginning at 6 pm in the parking lot behind the Monroe Library. This event is free of charge and open to kids of all ages.
