Business Brief: New boutique business, ‘American Trilogy,’ opens In Monroe

Another new boutique business has opened its doors in Downtown Monroe and had an official grand opening on Friday.

Describing themselves as a trio of Mother and Daughters who pride themselves in curation of clean beauty, fashion, and home products, the store is now open at 129 North Broad St. Monroe.

“We know you will love our clean, sustainable brands such as Phlur, Be Free Gorgeous, Cote’, Beauty Counter, Hooraw, and many more,” the website notes, adding “Our partnerships with local artists and craftsman such as Abbey Richey, Audrey Browning, and Olive Studios are sure to inspire and enrich! Also, you will be sure to love the clothing brands we represent!” These partnerships include an exclusive with Laura Pack Designs and Apolis bags.

The mother and daughters trio consists of mother, Amy Gelsthorpe and daughters, Madlyn, 19 and Delaney, 13.

The store hours are Monday to Saturday 10 to 6 p.m. and Sunday 1 – 5 p.m. Find out more information on the website at this link or on the Instagram account.
