Church Street single-family homes development on Monroe Agenda

The City of Monroe Work Session and Called Meeting for April is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. A rezoning that would bring single-family homes to a property at 1600 Church Street is up for discussion. The meeting will take place at City Hall located at 215 N. Broad Street in Monroe. The voting session for the City Council follows at the same time and place the following week, April 9, 2019. The public is invited to attend both meetings.
