City of Monroe to present Proclamation in support of founder of Walton County, Ga Rocks

The City of Monroe will present a proclamation at Tuesday’s City Council meeting in support of Judy Lewis Jordan, founder of Walton County, Ga. Rocks. The program shares painted rocks from Walton County and surrounding areas. This is a hobby and pastime that can be shared by the whole family and various groups.
