COVID-19: Georgia; 18; Gwinnett 0; Walton 0 more deaths reported in the past 24 hours

The following is a snapshot of the statistics reported by the Georgia Department of Public Health at 3 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 23, 2020. Gwinnett County is reporting no more deaths, Walton County is reporting no more deaths and Georgia is reporting 18 more death in the past 24 hours. 

Walton County

Cases – 2,718– 24 reported in the past 24 hours – 245 in the past 2 weeks .
Cases per 100,000 – 2,837 cumulative (256 per 100,000 in past 2 weeks)
Total deaths – 75 – that’s 0 more deaths reported over the past 24 hours (deaths per 100,000 is 78.3)
Testing 9.9 % positive in the past 2 weeks, overall 9.7 % 

Gwinnett County

Cases – 35,203 – that’s 178 reported over the past 24 hours (2,921 in the past 2 weeks).
Cases per 100,000 – 3,625 cumulative (301 per 100,000 in past 2 weeks)
Total deaths – 484 – That’s 0 more deaths reported in the past 24 hours (49.8 deaths per 100,000 reported)
Testing – 8.4 % positive in the past 2 weeks, overall 9.5 %

Georgia

Confirmed cases – 406,220 – that is 1,827 more cases reported in the past 24 hours 
ICU admissions – 6,377 – 4 more admission reports in the past 24 hours Hospitalizations – 34,083 – That’s 26 more hospitalizations reported in the past 24 hours, 
Total deaths – 8,644 – That is 18 more deaths reported in the past 24 hours

An additional 191 Antigen positive cases were reported.

A total of 4,139,509 PCR/Molecular tests have been performed and 357,156 antibody tests. That is 26,729 PCR/Polecular test results reported in the last 24 hours. Of the these tests performed collectively, 380,636 (9.2 %) have come back positive and 34,740 (9.7%) antibody tests have come back positive. Today 2,016 (7.5 %) PCR/Molecular tests came back positive.
