COVID-19: Georgia 32; Gwinnett 2; Walton 1 more death reported in the past 48 hours

The following is a snapshot of the statistics reported by the Georgia Department of Public Health at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 29, 2020. Gwinnett County is reporting two more deaths, Walton County is reporting one more deaths and Georgia is reporting 32 more deaths in the past 48 hours. 

Walton County

Cases – 2,865 – 58 reported in the past 48 hours – 305 in the past 2 weeks .
Cases per 100,000 – 2,990 cumulative (318 per 100,000 in past 2 weeks)
Total deaths – 77 – that’s 1 more death reported over the past 48 hours (deaths per 100,000 is 78.3)
Testing 13.3 % positive in the past 2 weeks, overall 10.0 % 

Gwinnett County

Cases – 36,578 – that’s 425 reported over the past 48 hours (3,766 in the past 2 weeks).
Cases per 100,000 – 3,766 cumulative (314 per 100,000 in past 2 weeks)
Total deaths – 494 – That’s 2 more death reported in the past 48 hours (50.1 deaths per 100,000 reported)
Testing – 8.6 % positive in the past 2 weeks, overall 9.5 %

Georgia

Confirmed cases – 420601 – that is 4,298 more cases reported in the past 48 hours 
ICU admissions – 6,493 – 59 more admission reports in the past 48 hours Hospitalizations – 34,782 – That’s 177 more hospitalizations reported in the past 48 hours, 
Total deaths – 8,778 – That is 32 more deaths reported in the past 48 hours

An additional 371 Antigen positive cases were reported in the past 24 hours.

A total of 4,302,927 PCR/Molecular tests have been performed and 362,982 antibody tests. That is 13,903 PCR/Molecular test results reported in the last 24 hours. Of the these tests performed collectively, 394,478 (9.2 %) have come back positive and 35,871 (9.9%) antibody tests have come back positive. Today 1,603 (11.5 %) PCR/Molecular tests came back positive.
