COVID-19: Georgia 51; Gwinnett 1; Walton 1 more death reported in the past 24 hours

The following is a snapshot of the statistics reported by the Georgia Department of Public Health at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020. Gwinnett County is reporting one more death, Walton County is reporting one more death and Georgia is reporting 51 more deaths in the past 24 hours.

Walton County

Cases – 2,543 – 16 reported in the past 24 hours – 155 in the past 2 weeks .
Cases per 100,000 – 2,654 cumulative (162 per 100,000 in past 2 weeks)
Total deaths – 75 – that’s 1 more death reported over the past 24 hours (deaths per 100,000 is 78.3)
Testing 8.4 % positive in the past 2 weeks, overall 9.7 % 

Gwinnett County

Cases – 33,337– that’s 249 reported over the past 24 hours (2,220 in the past 2 weeks).
Cases per 100,000 – 3,433 cumulative (229 per 100,000 in past 2 weeks)
Total deaths – 473 – That’s 1 more death reported in the past 24 hours (48.7 deaths per 100,000 reported)
Testing – 7.8 % positive in the past 2 weeks, overall 9.6 %

Georgia

Confirmed cases – 384,997 – that is 2,553 more cases reported in the past 24 hours 
ICU admissions – 6,220 – 9 more admission reports in the past 24 hours Hospitalizations – 33,216 – That’s 127 more hospitalizations reported in the past 24 hours, 
Total deaths – 8,462 – That is 51 more death reported in the past 24 hours

A total of 3,865,939 viral tests have been performed and 344,853 antibody tests. That is 27,389 viral test results reported in the last 24 hours. Of the viral tests performed collectively, 359,580 (9.3 %) have come back positive and 32,485 (9.4%) antibody tests have come back positive. Today 2,113 (7.7 %) viral tests came back positive.
