Gwinnett PD seeks info on fatal accident that occurred on Friday, Nov. 13

Duluth, Ga. – The Gwinnett County Police Department is asking for information on a fatal accident that resulted in the death of a 73-year-old Lawrenceville woman on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020. The accident temporarily closed portions of Pleasant Hill Road for over an hour while investigators processed the scene.

According to a press release from the GCPD, the accident happened at the intersection of Pleasant Hill Road and Arc Way. Valerie Dunham was killed when her Honda Fit turned left from Pleasant Hill Road onto Arc Way westbound in front of a Toyota Camry. She died at the scene as a result of the injuries she received in the crash. 

Investigators are asking witnesses to the crash to contact the police department with any information that they may have.
