Gwinnett County Police Department reports it is believed that a home invasion was responsible for the shooting death of a 27-year-old Gwinnett County man at 3550 Grand Manor Trail in the unincorporated Snellville area early on the morning of Aug. 2, 2018. Police responded to the location, which is between the cities of Loganville and Snellville, at 4:17 a.m.

“The suspect made entry into the residence by prying the screen off of an open window.  At this time, detectives are looking into any and all calls in the area of this crime to see if there are any similarities or useful information that could be related,” Cpl. Out of an abundance of caution, we are reminding citizens to fully secure their homes by locking all doors and windows.”
