Loganville City Council to consider annexation for potential new quick service restaurants

The City of Loganville will have its March 2018 work session at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 5, at City Hall, located at 4303 Lawrenceville Road, Loganville. The voting session will follow at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, at the same location. The public is invited to attend.

One of the items on the agenda up for discussion is the annexation and rezoning of the property at 290 Lee Byrd Road previously occupied by Walton Tire. There is a proposal for the property to be used for a quick service restaurant, possibly Popeyes Chicken and Del Taco.
