Loganville residents can early vote closer to home from this election cycle

Loganville Mayor Rey Martinez announced that an early voting precinct will be opened in the Loganville area for Loganville residents to vote early beginning with the Presidential Primary when early voting opens on March 2, 2020.

The Presidential Primary Election will take place at regular voting precincts on March 24, 2020. However, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday from March 2 to March 20 and on Saturday, March 14, voters can cast early ballots at Meridian Park in the Loganville area. In the past, Loganville residents had to go to the Government Buildings on Hammond Drive if they wanted to vote early.

The Walton County Elections office confirmed that in future, when early voting is available for county, state or general elections, it will take place at the following locations:

Loganville – Meridian Park and Recreation Center, 3620 SR-81, Loganville, GA 30052

Monroe – Walton County Board of Elections, 303 South Hammond Drive, Suite 111, Monroe, GA 30655

Social Circle – 138 E Hightower Trail, Social Circle, GA 30025
