Loganville to discuss the multi-family development on Tommy Lee Fuller Road

The City of Loganville will have its July 2020 Work Session at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 6, in Council Chamber at City Hall, 4303 Lawrenceville Road. The public is invited to attend.

On the agenda is the rezone of 117.52 acres on Tommy Lee Fuller Road from – O&I to RM-8 for a multi-family residential development. Although the city has placed a 90-day moratorium on all multi-family development, Loganville City Attorney Robyn Webb explained that the development on Tommy Lee Fuller would not be included as it was already in progress when the moratorium went into effect.
