Monroe to discuss incentives to improve blighted properties in the city

The Monroe City Council will have its April Called Meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. The public is invited to attend. On the agenda is a discussion item on ways to offer incentives to improve the blight in the community, including tax incentives and grants for improvements.
