MPD Reports: Oxycodone and Oxycontin reported missing after having friends over

The City of Monroe Police Department reported the following incidents for the period Oct. 31 – Nov. 7, 2019. Due to the length, this report has been split into five parts. This is the second part. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

  • Traffic Stop – at Ridge Rd. and Plaza Dr. Bianca Craig was cited for driving while suspended and released on copy of citation. 
  • Fight – W. Spring & Pinecrest – Area checked, no contact with any persons fighting.
  • Dispute – Sporty Lane – Complainant reported a KD subject had his firearm. Complainant’s firearm was returned to him, he stated he did not want to press charges against anyone.
  • Theft – Davis St. – Mattie Wilson stated someone removed her catalytic converter overnight.
  • Dispute – G W Carver Dr. – Two subjects involved in a dispute. Parties advised of civil remedies and separated.
  • Dispute – Bridge Place. Once Officer was on scene complainant stated everything was ok and did not need the Police.
  • Prowler – Belle Mead Road – Complainant reported someone crashing over trash in the back yard. Area checked and all appeared ok.
  • Power Lines Down – E. Marable & Marable Ln. – Low hanging line across roadway, Monroe Utilities responded and cleared the roadway.
  • Hit-and-Run Private Property Vehicle Collision – G W Carver Drive: 2 vehicles involved. One vehicle left the scene before the Law Enforcement arrival. Report taken.
  • Vehicle collision – Hwy 138 in front of Longhorn’s. 2 vehicles involved with 3 injuries. Citation written.
  • Vehicle Collison – Baron Dr. – 2 vehicles involved. No injuries. Citation was written.
  • Fraud Report – S. Madison Ave.: Complainant reported she has $600 missing out of her bank account. Complainant believes her son was the one who took the money.
  • Suspicious Person – W. Spring St. – In reference to subject being on scene. He arrested for shoplifting warrant from previous day.
  • Theft – Wheel House Lane: Complainant had approximately 114 Oxycodone and 20 Oxycontin stolen from her house between 10/31 and 11/1. Complainant advised that she had church friends at the house the night before.
  • Child custody – Walker Dr. in reference to standing by with DFCS for removal of children from the home. All ok.
  • Child Custody – Roosevelt St Father called 911 because his ex-wife would not let their child see him on his weekend.
  • Lost item – W Spring St Lost debt card that belong to individual. The debit card was placed into Property and Evidence locker S 5
  • Wanted Person – Baldwin County Jail. Transported subject to the Walton County Jail.
  • Loud music – Overlook Trl; Subjects having an outdoor party were advised to keep the music and noise down.
  • Wanted person – Gwinnett County Jail. Transported subject to the Walton County Jail.
  • Mental patient – Piedmont Walton; In reference to a mental patient causing a disturbance. Situation mediated.
  • Dispute – Ash Lane in reference to complainant wanting to leave the location to prevent any incident with subject. Complainant left the residence after subject turned over his keys and phone. Nothing further.
  • Follow Up – S. Madison Ave: Mother advised that her son admitted to using her credit card. Son gave the money back and apologized. Mother did not want to press any charges.
