
Mrs. Crane was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 16, 1930. She was a graduate of Girls High in Atlanta in 1947. She worked for several years with Southern Bell Telephone Co. Later, she became the first woman in Atlanta to sell Fuller Brush Products door to door and was interviewed by WSB TV. She also made crafts to supplement her income.
The Homegoing Service to honor and celebrate her life will be held at Tom M Wages Funeral Home, 120 Scenic Hwy Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046; 770-963-2411. The burial will be at East Shadowlawn Cemetary in Lawerenceville across from Tom M Wages.
She was a member of New Testament Baptist Church in Monroe.
Visitation will be at Tom M. Wages Funeral Home in Lawrenceville from 5:30 PM-8:30 PM on Thursday, March 16, 2017. The celebration service will be held at Tom M. Wages in Lawrenceville on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 11 AM with burial immediately following at East Shadowlawn Cemetery in Lawrenceville across from the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lewy Body Dementia Research, or the American Cancer Society.
