A hard worker, self-starter, “see something that needs to be done and does it”-or, someone who needs little guidance but isn’t afraid to ask for it when they need it, someone who can take feedback and not be offended, someone who will jump in and help no matter what needs to be done (and more importantly, they will have a joyful spirit when they do it), someone who likes to have fun and get a little goofy every now and again, an amazing customer service provider, someone who is hungry to learn and isn’t afraid to think for themselves to help find the answer, a problem solver (not just a problem identifier), someone who is punctual, dependable and an all-around-good person, someone with pep in their step, someone who will get done what they said they would when they say they would, someone who will listen and follow-through, someone looking for an amazing opportunity to utilize and refine the skills they have and be supported to develop new skills.
What we aren’t looking for:
Drama or gossip, someone who can’t jump between projects, someone who can’t find something that needs to be done if their task is finished and they’re waiting for what’s next, negative nellies, someone who complains more than they’re happy, someone who is always right, and/or a procrastinator.
A little bit more about who we are:
We are a natural bath & body company based in Monroe, GA, and have been around for 17+ years. There is a lot more to this company than meets the eye and there is a lot that needs to get done around here on the daily. We make our product, sell it (in-store, online, to other retailers & even in Walt Disney World and Disneyland), pack it, and ship it. We create our own graphics, take our own pictures, and make our own videos. We provide the best customer service in-person, over the phone, via email, and through social media channels.
