Loganville High School Class of 2020 graduate Landon Spooner has officially signed with North Greenville University to play both football and lacrosse.

Spooner played club lacrosse with LaxRats out of Johns Creek (11th grade), North Oconee HS club (9th) LAX Factory (Grayson) middle school thru 10th). He played footfall for the LHS Red Devils Varsity team from 2017 through the end of the 2019-2020 season

“He signed his official lacrosse letter on May 18th and he signed the official football letter on June 19,” said his father, Jim Spooner. “He committed back in April but we tried to wait until he could have a public signing for the official letters.”

Spooner plans to study business at NGU. His father said he was originally supposed to be at school on June 21, but that has since changed to Aug. 7.

“They are doing team zoom meetings and he is training at Uplift Sports until he reports to campus on August 7,” Jim Spooner said.
