Terrence Washington, of Monroe, named 2019 Outstanding New Zephyr at Georgia Southwestern

AMERICUS, GA (04/25/2019)– Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) student Terrence Washington, of Monroe, was named Outstanding New Zephyr at GSW’s 2019 Student Recognition Ceremony on April 12 in the Marshall Student Center.

As a Zephyr tour guide, Terrence always goes above and beyond, consistently receiving positive remarks at Preview Days and campus tours. When the Office of Recruitment and Admissions needs help, Terrence is one of the first to volunteer. His enthusiasm for the Zephyrs and the University are apparent.
