The Monroe-Walton County Library will host “Fox In A Box,” an interactive banner exhibit that focuses on how important events in the Fox Theatre’s timeline intersect with American history, the Civil Rights Movement, economics and the importance of communities. Participants are challenged to think about how communities come together to share an experience and to protect what’s important to them.Through a partnership between Georgia Public Library Service and the Fox Theatre Institute, 18 libraries statewide will welcome the exhibit into their communities. The exhibit will be on display for all patrons to enjoy at the Monroe-Walton County Library Jan. 7 to Feb. 5, 2020.
