ATLANTA, GA (07/15/2019)– More than 150 students from the Georgia State University College of Law earned law (Juris Doctor) degrees during the spring 2019 semester. The university honored students for their achievements this past May, and officially conferred law degrees in late June 2019.
A Juris Doctor, or J.D., is the professional-level degree required to become a lawyer.
More than 4,000 students earned degrees at the associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, professional, specialist and doctoral degree levels during the spring 2019 semester. Local J.D. graduates from the local area were:
