Georgia State Patrol reports that a 40-year-old Social Circle woman who was life-flighted following a single vehicle accident on Georgia 81 on Monday is facing charges of failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence.
Natalie Poole, 40, was driving a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser north on Georgia 81 when the vehicle overturned off the east shoulder. Poole was life-flighted to Atlanta Medical Center and a passenger in the vehicle, David Cook, 41, of Buford, was transported to Piedmont Walton by ambulance.

Walton County Fire Rescue Capt. Jeff Allen said a single vehicle-accident at Highway 81 and Old. 81 in Walton County has resulted in a female driver being life-flighted to a trauma center in Atlanta. The victim had to be extricated from the vehicle.
