Walton County Government Assistant Human Resources Director Beth Armstrong earned professional certification as an Advanced Certified Human Resources Manager (ACHRM) on Friday, Nov. 17, 2017. Armstrong received certification following successful completion of a five-year program through the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government (CVIOG) and the Georgia Local Government Personnel Association (GLGPA). The ACHRM program increases knowledge and skill in local government personnel systems administration and management.
