The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Crime Scene Awareness Alerts for the period Tuesday, Aug. 25 to Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Trespassing- Deputies took a report at a residence on Jim Daws Road in reference to complainant reporting several unknown individuals were on location in the early morning hours. Deputies thoroughly checked the area, but had no contact with anyone.
Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at a residence on Summerset Drive in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual entered three of the complainant’s unlocked vehicles sometime between 9:00pm August 24th and 5:30am August 25th. Nothing reported stolen at this time.

Arrest- A 30-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman from Oxford were arrested at a residence on Cannon Court following a dispute.
-The man was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
-The woman was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass.
Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Laboon Road in reference to an ongoing issue with unknown individuals on four wheelers riding through the yard of numerous residences in the area.
Arrest- A 42-year-old Monroe was arrested at a residence on Parker Drive for Terroristic Threats, Criminal Trespass, and a Probation Violation following a dispute.
Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at a residence on Palmer Drive in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual entered the complainant’s unlocked vehicle and took several items sometime between 12:00am and 3:00am. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division investigating the incident.
Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Apalachee Falls Subdivision in reference to an ongoing issue with motorist speeding throughout the neighborhood.
Arrest- A 24-year-old Flowery Branch man was arrested in the area of Youth Jersey Road and Highway 78 for an outstanding warrant out of Oakwood Police Department following a two vehicle accident with no life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol worked the scene of the accident.
Arrest- A 31-year-old Loganville resident was arrested in the area of Highway 20 for Driving Under the Influence following a single vehicle accident with no life threatening injuries.
Arrest- A 28-year-old Covington was arrested in the area of Highway 138 and Forrester Cemetery Road for Possession of Methamphetamine following a traffic stop.
