WCSO Alerts: Burglary, hit and run and several arrests

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Crime Awareness Community Alerts for the period Jan. 15 – 16, 2019. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019

ZONE 1

Arrest- Lee Ann Massey was arrested in the area of Elm Street for Driving Under the Influence and Child Endangerment following a traffic stop.

ZONE 6

Arrest- Andres Jamies-Zarate was arrested in the area of North Sharon Church Road for Driving While License Suspended, Driving Under the Influence, and an outstanding warrant out of Gwinnett County following a single vehicle accident with no injuries.

Arrest- David Tedder was arrested at a residence on Justin Drive for an outstanding warrant out of Douglas and Dekalb Counties.

Arrest- Larry Foster was arrested in the area of Centerhill Church Road and Highway 20 for an outstanding Probation Violation warrant out of Walton County and an outstanding warrant out of Barrow County following a traffic stop.

ZONE 7

Arrest- Stacy Guy was arrested at a residence on Kathleen Lane for an outstanding warrant out of Gwinnett County.

Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019

ZONE 1

Arrest- Terry Dhanpath was arrested in the area of Highway 81 in reference to an outstanding Aggravated Assault warrant out of Walton County following a traffic stop.

ZONE 5

Hit and Run Accident- Deputies responded to the area of Piney Grove Road and Bay Creek Church Road in reference to complainant reporting they were struck by an unknown motorist in a red in color truck who fled the scene of the accident. No known injuries reported.

ZONE 6

Arrest- Keaton Doyen was arrested in the area of Highway 81 for an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant out of Walton County following a traffic stop.

ZONE 7

Arrest- Phillip Taylor was arrested at a residence on Old Highway 138 for Simple Assault following a dispute.

Burglary- Deputies took a report at a residence on New Horizon Drive in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual entering the complainants home and took several items sometime between 12 pm January 8th and 7 pm Jan. 15.
