WCSO Alerts: Employee shoplifting, dog breaks window, theft and DUI

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Community Alerts for Oct. 26, 2017. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017

ZONE 1

Burglary- Deputies took a report at a residence on Highway 138 in reference to an individual entering complainant’s residence and taking several items.

ZONE 4

Damage to Property- Deputies took a report at a residence on Tommy Dillard Road in reference a brown and white canine jumping up and busting complainant window out on their residence.

ZONE 5

ZONE 6

Suspicious Vehicle- Deputies responded to the area of Highway 78 and Broadnax Mill Road in reference to a motorist in a Mercury passenger vehicle speeding and driving recklessly. Deputies thoroughly checked the area, but had no contact.

Arrest- Lawrence Guerrucci was arrested in the area of Rowe Road and Highway 78 for Driving Under the Influence, No License on Person, Improper Vehicle Equipment, and Violation of Tire Requirements following a traffic stop.

ZONE 7

Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Bunny Court in reference to an individual taking several items from complainant’s residence.

Shoplifting- Deputies took a report at a business on Highway 81 in reference to an employee shoplifting merchandise over the past several months
