WCSO Alerts: Man located after turning himself in to WCSO, and then fleeing

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Community Alerts for Monday, Jan. 8, 2018. Please note and arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

ZONE 1

Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at a residence on Cannon Farm Road in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual entered their unlocked vehicle and took a firearm sometime Friday night.

ZONE 2

Nothing Reported.

ZONE 3

Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Springwood Trail in reference to complainant requesting a report in reference to an unknown individual possibly taking their wallet sometime on Friday, but unsure where the wallet was stolen.

Arrest- Josiah Adderley was arrested at a residence on South Broad Street for an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant out of Walton County.

Arrest- Douglas Tiller was located by Walton County Sheriff’s Office K9 units and apprehended in the area of Vine Street after turning himself in at the Walton County Work Release Building and fleeing prior to being booked in.

ZONE 5

Suspicious Vehicle- Deputies responded to the area of Providence Club Drive in Providence Club Subdivision in reference to a complaint of an unknown suspicious Penske moving truck parked in a cul-de-sac in the subdivision around 9:00am. Deputies thoroughly checked the area, but had no contact.

ZONE 6

Suspicious Vehicle- Deputies responded to the area of Rabbit Farm Road in reference to a complaint of an unknown vehicle doing dounts in the grassy area near Rabbit Farm Park around 4:00pm. Deputies thoroughly checked the area, but had no contact.

ZONE 7

Damage to Property- Deputies took a report at a residence on Kent Rock Road in reference to complainant reporting an unknown motorist in a white pickup truck striking complainants mailbox with their trailer and fleeing the scene. Deputies thoroughly check the area, but had no contact.
