The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Crime Awareness Community Alerts for Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested for the area of Harris Rockmore Road near the loop in reference to a suspicious unknown individual going from residence to residence looking in the windows.
Arrest- Olivia Kennedy was arrested in the area of Cannon Farm Road and Highway 138 for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce, Possession of Methadone, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Prescription Drugs Not in Original Container, Possession of Oxycodone, Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving While License Suspended, an outstanding Probation Violation warrant out of Walton County, and an outstanding warrant out of Rockdale County following a traffic stop.
Arrest- Richard Aranda-Majano was arrested in the area of Highway 138 near the Grove Plaza for Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs With Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, two counts of Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Prescription Drugs Not in Original Container, Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute, and No Tag Light following a traffic stop.
Scam- Deputies took a report at a residence on Red Oak Bend in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual contacted them via telephone claiming to be with the Public Defenders Officer stating the complainant had to pay money, for a bond on a crime the complainant didn’t commit, or they would be arrested.
Arrest- Michelle Farmer was arrested in the area of Highway 83 and Marion Ivie Road for an outstanding Probation Violation warrant out of Walton County following a traffic stop.
Arrest- Julia Pressley Clegg was arrested at a residence on Gratis Road for an outstanding Possession of Methamphetamine warrant out of Walton County.
Suspicious Vehicle- Deputies responded to the area of Youth Monroe Road at Youth Mobile Home Park in reference to a complaint of an unknown individual in a white passenger van parking in complainant’s driveway and knocking on their door around 9:00am. Deputies thoroughly checked the area, but had no contact with the vehicle.
Scam- Deputies took a report at a residence on Woodlake Boulevard in Woodlake Subdivision in reference to complainant reporting they were contacted via telephone from an unknown individual who left a voicemail from an automated system making false allegations against the complainant.
