WCSO Alerts: Vehicle recovered and two trailers stolen in separate incidents

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Community Alerts for the period Monday, Sept. 10, 2018 to Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 10, 2018

ZONE 2

Arrest- Carl Johnson was arrested at a residence on Simmons Road for Disorderly Conduct following a dispute.

ZONE 4

Identity Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Hickory Pointe Road in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual opened a credit card using the complainant’s information.

ZONE 6

Arrest- Alicia Anderson was arrested at a residence on Highway 81 for an outstanding warrant out of Banks County.

Arrest- James Owens was arrested in the area of Bobby Boss Drive and Atlanta Highway for an outstanding warrant out of Loganville Police Department following a traffic stop.

ZONE 7

Citation- One motorist was cited in the area of Walnut Avenue and Leone Avenue for Driving While Unlicensed following a traffic stop.

Arrest- Brett Brackett was arrested in the area of Old Highway 138 and Guthrie Cemetery Road Possession of Xanax and Taillight Requirements following a traffic stop.

Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018

ZONE 5

Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Heritage Parkway in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual took items from the vehicle sometime between 1:00pm on September 6th and 1:00pm on September 11th.

ZONE 6

Recovered Stolen Vehicle- Deputies responded to a business on Highway 78 in reference to complainant reporting an unknown vehicle was left on location. Deputies ran the vehicle information and it came back as stolen out of Henry County. Henry County was notified and the vehicle was turned over to them.

Stolen Trailer- Deputies took a report at a business on Karlee Boulevard in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual took a refrigerated trailer from location sometime between 10:00am September 6th and 11:00pm September 9th. Trailer was recovered in Newton County.

Arrest- Louis Long was arrested in the area of Miller Bottom Road and Highway 20 for Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop.

ZONE 7

Stolen Trailer- Deputies took a report at a residence on Kent Rock Road in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual took a trailer from the complainant’s residence sometime between 3:00pm September 8th and 2:30pm on September 11thTrailer was placed on the National Database as stolen.
