Zoning Ordinance amendments, Economic incentive request, Walton County Water rates up for discussion at Monday’s meeting in Loganville

The City of Loganville will have its November work session at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, 2020 at City Hall, at 4303 Lawrenceville Road. Items on the agenda include Zoning Ordinance Amendments, including on RM8 Zoning, a real estate economic incentive request and Walton County water rates.

The full agenda follows. The regular City Council meeting voting session will take place at the same time and place on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020. The public is invited to both meetings.
