Annual Easter Dog Bone Hunt at Childers Park this Saturday

For many of us, our dog is an extension of our family, another child in our group. So why should it miss out on the fun of Easter? Well, again this year, your dog doesn’t have to. You can take your canine family member to the annual Easter Bone Hunt at Childers Park in Monroe this Saturday,  March 24, 2018. You can then head to the Classic Car Show downtown, which has been reschedule for March 24.

You, your children and your dog, or dogs, are invited to join the Monroe Animal Care Hospital crew this Saturday morning. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 11:15 a.m. The children’s Easter Egg Hunt 11:30 a.m. and the Dog-Gone Easter Bone Hunt will begin at 11:45 a.m. Don’t let your furry family member miss out on the fun this Easter.

Registration Fee for the Dog-Gone Easter Bone Hunt is $5.00 per dog. The Children’s hunt is still free. Weather permitting, there are also other activities planned. The will be a small fee for some of the events.

All proceeds benefit the Childers Park Dog Park. The event is sponsored by Monroe Animal Care Hospital.
