At 6:35 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, Monroe Fire Department Batallion Chief Jack Armstrong said an accident will have N. Broad Street just south of Church’s Chicken closed for about 30 minutes. Armstrong said there were only minor injuries. The road was re-opened by about 7 p.m.
