At 3:45 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, Walton County Fire Rescue reported that Pilot Road near Forrester Cemetery Road in Walton County was completely shut down due to a house fire.
” (There are) no injuries, and (the) fire is under control,” said Capt. Jeff Allen with WCFR. “There are no hydrants in this area so WCFR’s three 3,000 gallon tenders are being used for water supply.”
Allen said investigators are currently on the scene. A cause has not yet been determined.
