The Christmas season is in full swing in Monroe and you’re invited to take advantage of the another opportunity for candlelight shopping downtown Thursday, Dec. 11.. Stores will remain open until 8 p.m. to give you an opportunity to find gifts that are still missing from under your Christmas tree. Stores will remain open until 8 p.m.
You will also have one more chance to roast marshmallows and just enjoy the sights and sounds of the Christmas season in Monroe. You can dine at one of the restaurants and just experience the joy of Christmas which is always so special in downtown Monroe!
Also special this Thursday is a Christmas concert at the Town Green featuring Monroe Country Day School and Monroe Area High School Jazz Band, visits from Santa and special guests Bluey and Bingo at 6 p.m.
