Officials report that a car chase in Monroe at 2:30 a.m. this morning resulted in multiple vehicle pole accidents. Utility companies report that there is power out all over the south side of the city and some tele communications also are impacted. Monroe Utilities and Walton EMC are currently working to safely fix the problems.
