COVID-19: Numbers remain much the same for Walton County School District students

There was little change to the impact of COVID-19 on students in Walton County School District for the week Feb. 12 – 18. Students were only in school two of those days due to the winter break.

“We held very close to the previous week with the same number of cases and only one additional quarantine,” said Callen Moore, public relations officer for WCSD.

There were 23 new cases districtwide representing .14 % of the school population and 131 people on precautionary quarantine representing .82 % of the school population.
