The cases of COVID-19 and people on precautionary quarantine at Walton County School District was down again this week.
“I am pleased to share that we have seen a significant drop in COVID-19 cases this week,” said Callen Moore, public relations officer for WCSD when sharing the report for March 12-18.
This week there were 36 cases districtwide, a sizable improvement over 53 cases last week and 57 the week before. This represents .23 % of the school population. An additional 123 people were on precautionary quarantine. A total of .77 % of the overall school population is currently on precautionary quarantine.
