Walton County School District is reporting another week of declining positive COVID-19 cases. This week the county is reporting 23 new cases districtwide, down from 29 last week. This is .14 % of the school population. An additional 130 individuals, or .81 % of the school population, is on precautionary quarantine as a result of the new cases.
All Walton County public schools will be closed Mon., Feb. 15-Wed., Feb. 17 for Winter Break. Administrative offices also will reopen on Wednesday the 17th.
