“He has had surgery to remove the cranial bone plate to help reduce swelling in his brain. He continues to remain sedated while his injury has time to heal. The doctors plan to extubate him in the next few days and transition him to a tracheotomy,” his family reported in a post on Facebook. “We are asking everyone send get well cards, notes, letters or any other thing you would like to show Tyler when he wakes up. Even if you don’t know Tyler personally, I know he would appreciate it, and to let him know so many of you were praying and will continue to pray for a full recovery.”

Tyler is a 2018 graduate of Loganville High School. The address to send the cards to is:
Tyler Hogan
2121 Fountain Drive
Suite N

The family is thanking the community in advance and asking that everyone continue to please keep the prayers coming.
