Update : now at Dekalb animal control .
Odd circumstances of this dog with “owner” being asked to leave Petsmart as dog was off leash and ultimately tossed out of car and abandoned as video shows however I want to make sure that there isn’t a different owner of this dog . Any information contact 609 902 9282
