On February 26, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Live Forward is presenting a FREE Health Fair at the Walton County Boys & Girls Club, located at 405 Community Court, Monroe, GA.
The Health Fair will offer free HIV testing and free blood pressure screening. There will also be nutritional advice available, as well as information about diabetes. The “Mobile Farmacy” will also be on site. The Mobile Farmacy is a repurposed school bus sponsored by Walton Wellness. It is “dedicated to creating holistic health education experiences in Walton County.”
