Each week during football season, Georgia Farm Bureau in Monroe is offering a game ball to the Walnut Grove High School football Warrior as chosen by the coaches. Pierce J. Shippey Jr. of Georgia Farm Bureau said this week’s game ball was presented to Preston Little.
“The coach said he had six tackles, one assist, one fumble caused, and one reception for 17 yards. He also made critical adjustments against different formations,” Shippey said.
The Warriors fell to the George Walton Academy Bulldogs 16-0 in the matchup.
