Georgia SurgiCare, SurgiCare Arts & Aesthetics agree to AutumnFest headline sponsorship

Press Release from the City of Loganville

The City of Loganville is partnering up with Georgia SurgiCare and SurgiCare Arts & Aesthetics for this year’s AutumFest.

Scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 21, the annual fall festival is among the biggest events in Loganville.

“Georgia SurgiCare is extremely proud to be the lead sponsor for this year’s AutumnFest and we are honored to be an active partner with the City of Loganville,” said Dr. Chris Ibinkule. “This provides us the opportunity to give back to our community and it also allows our staff the opportunity to meet the many great folks of this wonderful city.”

Serving as the headline sponsor for the upcoming AutumnFest will also provide the opportunity to introduce their newest venture, SurgiCare Arts & Aesthetics by Dr. Angelina, which specializes in a wide range of cosmetic surgery procedures.

“The timing of this year’s AutumnFest event, along with the addition of our newest line of surgical services, made this the perfect venue to showcase our companies,” Ibinkule said. “As the community grows so will we and we are so glad we chose Loganville as a place to do business. This is truly a place ‘Where people matter.’”

Plans are in full swing for this year’s AutumnFest presented by Georgia SurgiCare and SurgiCare Arts & Aesthetics. More than 175 vendors have signed up to offer a variety of crafts and other wares, promote their businesses and tempt taste buds.

While this is the first year AutumnFest has featured a headline sponsor, another change to this year’s event will be the venue as the festival will make its return to Main Street. Vendors will be lining up along Main Street and a food court will be established around the Town Green, which will feature live entertainment. There will also be a second stage for local performances that will be inside the Kid’s Zone, which will offer a number of different activities for children.

“We are excited to be partnering with Georgia SurgiCare and SurgiCare Arts & Aesthetics for this year’s AutumnFest,” said Kristy Peters, events and marketing director for the City of Loganville. “This is the first year we have sought out sponsors to help us bring such a great event to the citizens of our community, and it will allow us to continue to make AutumnFest one of the best events around.”

Other sponsors of the event includes Southern Classic Realtors, Legacy State Bank, Creekside Dentistry, Pregnancy Resource Center of Walton County, Your Local News, Maxie Price Chevrolet, Lee’s Collision, Town & Country Pet Salon, Clearview Regional Medical Center, Loganville Flower Basket, Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Big Frog Custom T-Shirts and Ginny’s Custom Embroidery.

The excitement won’t end when the festival ends at 4 p.m. as a free concert featuring the Departure Band, a Journey tribute band, will take the stage at the Town Green beginning at 6 p.m.

Residents are reminded that as a result of the festival, Main Street will be closed between Highway 78 and Lawrenceville Road starting at 6 a.m. on the date of the festival.
