
February 17, 2017 (Monroe) — Georgia Urology, the largest urology practice in the Southeastern United States, is pleased to announce that Dr. F. Peter Nicholson will begin seeing patients in the practice’s Monroe office as of March 6.
Dr. Nicholson, who previously worked out of Georgia Urology’s Fayetteville office, will supplement Drs. Roosevelt Allen Jr. and Ronald Anglade in the Monroe office.
Dr. Nicholson completed his undergraduate degree at St. Peter’s College in New Jersey. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of the State University of New York. He completed an internship and urology residency at Lenox Hill Hospital and Cornell University Hospital in New York.
Dr. Nicholson is a Diplomate of the American board of Urology, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He has also served as the President and Secretary-Treasurer of the Atlanta Urological Society and of the Clayton-Fayette Counties Medical Society.
