Goody’s in Monroe is closing by Friday and selling off fixtures

First it was announced that Goody’s in Monroe would be converting to Gordmans in the spring of 2020 after the company the holding company, Stage, decided to convert all of its Goody’s stores to bring Gordmans off-price retail offerings to the community. That, however, is no longer the case. The Spring Street store is now going out of business and is selling up all of the fixtures.

All the product has either been packed up or is in the process of being packed up and is not for sale. The fixtures, however, are and will be until Friday, April 24.

The door is closed, but if you have need for any fixtures such as clothing racks, jewlry racks, shoe racks or similar display items, you have until Friday to get them at a good price at Goodys located at 1213 W. Spring St. in Monroe. The door is locked, but if you ring the doorbell, they will let you in.
