Loganville kick’s off the spring/summer concert series in Walton County this Friday with the first Groovin on the Green. The concerts are held the third Friday of each month April thru September. However, this first one will take place inside the Rock Gym, just to be on the safe side.
“The weather hasn’t always been kind to us for this first spring concert, so to be safe we will have it inside the Rock Gym,” said Kristy Peters, events and marketing director for the City of Monroe. The music begins at 7:30 p.m. with The Sock Hops and Reminiscences. These two groups closed out the music season in 2016 with a Christmas performance.
