Gwinnett County to begin offering night court from next month

If you have to go to court in Gwinnett on a traffic ticket, you won’t have to take time off work to do so beginning next month. Gwinnett County government announced that to better accommodate residents’ schedules, Gwinnett Recorder’s Court will offer evening court sessions starting in March.
The nighttime sessions will be held at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center once a month at 6:00 pm on the third Thursday of each month beginning March 26. The sessions will be limited to minor traffic infractions. The number of sessions and the docket could expand depending on community response.
