Gwinnett County Police are looking for information on four men accused of stealing more than $4,000 dollars of activated prepaid gift cards from the Jimmy Carter Bld Home Depot. According to a press release from GCPD, the incident was first reported as a robbery on Jan. 15 by a cashier who later changed his story and admitted to helping hid friends steal the gift cards. The cards allegedly have since been used at several Publix grocery stores in DeKalb County.
The cashier was arrested on Jan. 24 and charged with making a false report of a crime and theft by taking. The four other suspects are pictured below.
