Gwinnett PD seeks the public’s help in identifying suspects in violent armed robbery

(Duluth, Georgia)  The Gwinnett County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two men that committed a violent armed robbery on February 8th at a Chevron located at 2640 Duluth Highway.

Just after 11:00 PM, two men entered the store wearing black clothing.  Both men were wearing masks and had white gloves over their hands.  The men were each armed with handguns.  When they entered the store, they located the victim, who was the only employee working at the time.

The male suspects walked the employee at gunpoint behind the counter and forced him to open the cash register.  After opening the register, one of the suspects struck the victim with the gun in the back of the head causing a visible injury.

The males both fled after stealing cash and cigarettes from the store.  The incident was captured on surveillance video.  The police department is releasing the video and asking anyone who recognizes the males or has information on this case to contact detectives.
